On this page you will find information on the ongoing restoration of the former Brockville & Westport Railway Forthton,Ontario Railway Station, located in Forthton, about 15 minutes North of Brockville, Ontario.The property was recently sold and the new owners are in the process of restoring this station to its original state, even eventually moving it back to its original location next to the original roadbed of the former B&W.
  
October 8, 2006:
Here are some more photos taken on the  Labour day weekend. They are stabilizing the structure and protectingit from the elements during the upcoming winter. The rest of the work will continue next year in the spring.

July, 2006:
The new owners of the property have told me they first plan to tarp over the roof of the station to further prevent any more water & weather damage. Then they plan on clearing the brush and trees around the building.
